We are currently looking for a Regional Market Development Manager located in Barcelona for a diagnostic multinational company.

Tasks:

Lead the development and implementation of the go-to-market approach in Spain for a novel, new minimal-invasive treatment
Create and "own" the regional Go-to-market plan and be the interface to the EMEA project lead
Develop detailed level of expertise in reimbursement and market access pathways for the specific procedures by collaborting with reimbursement consultants and clinical specialists
Adapt European clinical and economical value propositions to local needs
Build up in-depth knowledge and understanding of market environment and competitive dynamics
Develop the market access strategy and turn this into tangible sales action plans
Steer the local roll-out plan in collaboration with the market access department and the European team
Build up business according to defined targets
Execute EMEA Professional Education program by developing regional training and reference centers
Product presentations and respond to customer requests
Particiapte in on-patient-demonstrations by physiciaons
Train team members and clinicians
Identify and collaborate with regional Key Opinion Leaders
Represent the company on international congresses
Requisitos mínimos
At least three years of proven track-record in sales or business development in the medical device industry
Strong Entrepreneurial spirit
Master degree, ideally in Business Administration / Marketing
Strong drive for results with a business oriented mind-set
High customer orientation
Fluency in Spanish and English
Experience in working in cross-divisional, international teams
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Willingness to travel (>70%)
