be their best. As Market Access & Pricing Strategy Senior Manager
you will lead the development and implementation of global health
economic & outcomes research strategies.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Lead/ Co-lead the development and implementation of global health economic & outcomes
research strategies at a global, cluster / large country
•
Participate in all major cross-functional teams at the program/brand
level including Value & Access Teams, Global Brand Team and Global
Medical Affairs Teams
• Demonstrate strong leadership in the area of HEOR
• Demonstrate strong clinical and commercial and access strategic thinking and be capable of managing multiple projects
• Co-designs clinical endpoints (including PROs) to enable economic benefits relevant for payers & other decision-makers
• Provide expert HEOR input & is accountable for influencing cross-functional teams
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Solid experience in Market Access
• Previous people management experience
• Excellent strategic and analytic skills
• Strong commercial and clinical strategic mindset
• Solid knowledge of outcomes research methods, including study design and analysis
