The selected candidate will be joining the Health Economic & Market Access team.

Founded in 2009, the department now includes 70 consultants with backgrounds in medical research, health economics, modelling, statistics, pharmacy and epidemiology. This multidisciplinary team is able to support a wide range of projects focusing on evidence synthesis, evidence generation and value communication to support market access, reimbursement and pricing strategy at a global, regional and local level for clients from the pharmaceutical industry, the medical device industry, the biotech industry and the public sector.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

Line manager of the members in his/her team, and therefore

Create an inspiring team environment with open communication

Set development plans for team members

Provides support, coaching and guidance to team members

Participate in the recruitment process

Autonomous project leadership and strategic input into a diversity of projects related to:

Health economics / Economic modelling

HTA submissions

Evidence synthesis & generation

Market access strategy

Value communication

The role require the following skills:

Understanding, analysis and interpretation of clinical / HEOR evidence

Technical skills to deliver a diversity of HEOR / Market access projects, including but not limited to:

Cost-effectiveness, cost-utility and budget impact model development and / or adaptation

Methodological understanding of evidence synthesis projects

Medical writing

Operational understanding of the pricing & reimbursement environment in key EU and ex-EU markets

Fluent internal & external communication on and beyond projects

Project management & organisation

Ideal Candidate:

Advanced degree in Life Sciences and / or Health Economics (minimum MSc or Doctorate Degree)

>5 years of relevant working experience in HEOR and / or Market Access ideally in consulting but also in industry

Proven track record of delivering HEOR & Market Access projects globally and / or locally

Diversity in experience on both operation and strategy projects

Health economics / Economic modelling

HTA submissions

Evidence synthesis & generation

Market access strategy

Value communication

Project exposure in EU-5, North America and Asia are considered an advantage

Ability to assume team responsibility (mentoring, training and development) is considered a plus

Fluency in English (written & spoken) is required, and fluency in a second language is a plus
